This Privacy Policy describes how Isiro, Inc. ("Isiro," "we," "us") handles information when you use isiro.ai, request access to the ISIRO Compiler, or use the ISIRO Runtime and ISIRO Compiler (collectively, the "Software"). For Software license terms, see the ISIRO End User License Agreement.

1. ISIRO Software

The Software does not transmit your model weights or your input/output data to Isiro. It may collect limited operational data (such as license and device identifiers) for license validation and billing where applicable.

2. Website and Access Requests

When you visit isiro.ai, we use aggregate analytics and performance tools.

If you submit a compiler access request, we collect your form responses and EULA acceptance (version and time) to process the request and prevent abuse.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the website and Software, process access requests, communicate with you, and maintain security.

We do not sell your personal information. We retain submissions and operational records as long as needed for access, support, security, and legal obligations.
